Hello Everyone,

Sorry for the lateness of this! With the Seattle area becoming a place for events and conventions finding a hotel has been harder than we expected. Thanks to the DoubleTree by Hilton in SeaTac we now have a hotel to hold C3. They have given us a great rate and all our rooms should be in the 700 wing at the hotel.

This year theme is “Shooting for the Stars”. Besides panels about general con running we will be looking at where our cons are going in the future. What we're looking toward what we need do to keep up with the times and how trends are moving.

One of the panels we will be having is talking about what happen at a con last year. The working title is “So they want to shoot us all”. That might not be the final title but you get the idea.

Any convention is entitled to a scholarship or a free membership for a member of their staff that has not been to C3 before. This can go to any staff member of your committee. Just email James with who gets the scholarship.

Our dates are June 19 - 21 2020. Attendance rates are as follows

Our History

ConComCon was the brainchild of Shawn Marier and the Northwest Convention League. It's original and current purpose is to foster open communication and the sharing of knowledge among convention organizers and fans throughout the Pacific Northwest. C3 became a SWOC event in 1996.
